Dr. Saad Ezzini is an Assistant Professor in the Information and Computer Science Department at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg in 2022. Before joining KFUPM, Dr. Saad held positions at Lancaster University, the University of Luxembourg, and the International University of Rabat.

Dr. Saad's research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Software Engineering, and Requirements Engineering. He has authored multiple articles published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at top international conferences. His specific research focus includes NLP-based requirements quality assurance, leveraging large language models (LLMs) for code-to-text and text-to-code generation, NLP for low-resource languages, Arabic and Arabic dialects NLP, as well as question answering and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
