To register your teams for the 13th Gulf Programming Contest (GPC) 2025. Each team must register with a unique coach's Email ID.

Contest Date : Old plan: April 18th and 19th , 2025. New Plan:  postponed, (TBA)
Registration Deadline: previous deadline March 17th, 2025, (Extended to: March 22nd, 2025)

Dear Participants,

The GPC 2025 Organizing Committee sincerely appreciates your interest in participating in the competition organized by KFUPM. We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will be postponed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and understand that some of you may be affected by this change.

A detailed email about the tentative plan has been sent to all pre-registered teams. If you have pre-registered and did not receive the email, please email us to GPC2025@kfupm.edu

    Terms and Conditions:
    1. Avoid paying for your services through a third person/party or by using a credit card in the name of someone other than the designated university representative for the team participating in GPC 2025.

    2. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full and submission of the completed online registration form.

    3.  The submission of the form does not constitute an approved registration. The organizing committee will send you an approval email, along with the payment link, once your application has been reviewed and approved.

    4. Once registration and payment have been processed, a confirmation email will be sent within 2-3 business days.

    5. Organizers hold the right to cancel and/or reschedule the conference for any reason (including, without limitation, because of Force Majeure event).

    6. No refund will be issued to the participants after payment and registration.

    7. No-shows and cancellations made after the conference date will not be subject to refund.

    8. If the competition is canceled, participants will be notified through email, and the full fee will be refunded.
